This year we present a comprehensive and varied program, full of activities designed for all audiences and levels of interest. Visitors will be able to enjoy live cooking sessions, where professional chefs will demonstrate innovative techniques and recipes; talks and presentations on gastronomic trends, local products, and culinary culture; as well as debates and idea exchanges with industry specialists.

In addition, there will be contests and guided tastings, allowing attendees to sample exceptional dishes and products, learn about pairings, and discover new sensory experiences. All of this will be led by the top professionals in the gastronomic world, offering an enriching experience for both enthusiasts and experts.

At the Girona Gastronomic Forum, we give a voice to chefs, maîtres d', sommeliers, pastry chefs, bakers, cheesemakers, and charcutiers, among other professionals. We preserve knowledge and trades, reflecting the diversity of styles that coexist in the kitchen.
