At the Girona Gastronomic Forum 2025, we will present the ALABRASA project, a unique initiative that highlights the entire process of fire transformation and its essential role in cooking. This space goes beyond using embers as a culinary tool; it becomes an educational and sensory experience that covers the entire fire cycle: from wood to ashes, utilizing each phase to create exceptional dishes.
