Fòrum Gastronòmic 2025: Two essential spaces return!

At the Fòrum Gastronòmic 2025, the Espai Pambolisal and  Espai Vi will once again be present, designed to offer a unique experience with local and international products. These spaces will provide the opportunity to share knowledge, innovations, and the latest gastronomic trends. Attendees will be able to discover sector news, establish contacts, and create new business opportunities. A unique opportunity to approach the world of gastronomy from a new perspective.

ESPAI VI

A space of over 150 m2 located on the first floor of the Palau de Fires in Girona, dedicated exclusively to the Catalan wine sector. Designed as a meeting point for the promotion and tasting of wine, this environment is ideal for meetings, business, and activities such as talks and conferences focused on wine-related topics. In this edition, the Wine Space features selections from wineries of the DO Empordà, the space's promoter, as well as a selection of wines from a guest DO Montsant..
