Girona will live again in 2024 the great gastronomy and catering meeting.
The Fòrum Gastronòmic Girona will hold a new edition on 11th, 12th and 13th March at the Palau Firal and Palau de Congressos-Auditori de Girona with a programme of lectures, monographs, demonstrations, competitions and dialogues among professionals.
The organization will reveal the confirmed speakers and contents of their presentations from next September 2023.
Congress
Following the format of the previous edition, it will continue to pivot in the trades of hospitality room, cooking and workshop in addition to its relationship with the primary sector, the local producer and new gastronomic trends.
Also, a substantial part of the program will be dedicated to the relationship between gastronomy and health, as well as hospitality room professionals, fifth hospitality range products and the future of the HORECA sector through new formats of presentations, and also promoting competitions to promote gastronomic excellence.
Exhibition space
The exhibition space that the Palau Firal de Girona will wear grows so that companies in the sector can show off, make themselves known and network with other producers, restaurateurs, entrepreneurs and visitors.
Activities
Following, also, with the dynamics of the previous edition, several competitions and activities will be held before and during the event.
