Trained at the Girona School of Hospitality. While balancing studies with work, she worked at prestigious restaurants such as La Llar de Roses, which had a Michelin star at the time, and later joined El Celler de Can Roca. She is currently the co-owner of the catering service and restaurant El Ginjoler.
