Josep Roca, master of the art of wine pairing and master of ceremonies in the dining room of the restaurant, with 3 Michelin stars, which he runs together with his brothers, Joan and Jordi Roca. At El Celler de Can Roca, wine transcends the dining room and also becomes a source of inspiration for the creation and conceptualization of the dishes.
