Fair Space
Fòrum Gastronòmic Girona's exhibition space is unique, dynamic and participative. It is the ideal showcase for new developments in the sector and an extraordinary commercial platform.
The space covers more than 12.000m2 of floor space and has more than two hundred exhibiting companies.
This year, the space has been extended to two exhibition halls to provide a more complete and competitive offer.
Congress
At the Fòrum Gastronòmic Girona we give the floor to chefs, waiters, sommeliers, coffee makers, confectioners, bakers, cheesemakers and charcuterie...
This year, Fòrum Gastronòmic Girona will present a programme focusing on the flavours of the sea and the mountains, morralla and wild boar.
The event will also make a clear commitment to local products and local professionals and will maintain its own Best Steak Tartar competition, the third edition of the competition.
