A space located on the first floor of the Girona Exhibition Centre, dedicated to showcasing and tasting one of the great treasures of Mediterranean gastronomy: olive oil. This year, the area expands to almost twice its previous size, offering an even more complete and immersive experience.

Here, visitors can enjoy a unique sensory journey, tasting different varieties of extra virgin olive oils, both from Catalonia and other regions. This space highlights three essential elements of our gastronomic culture: bread, olive oil, and salt.

On the first floor of the Girona Exhibition Centre, you’ll find a unique space where the café and restaurant come together to create a spacious and welcoming gastronomic environment. You can enjoy traditional Catalan dishes made with local products, designed so you can experience the essence of our cuisine.

Beyond the culinary experience, this space also has a social and educational purpose, as all proceeds will go to the Girona School of Tourism, supporting the training and development of future professionals in the sector.
