More than 12,000 people visit the Girona Gastronomic Forum, which closes the 10th edition by breaking the taboos surrounding 5th grade foods and reflecting on the importance of taste.
Over three days, the event has become the reference event for cooking and food professionals and has brought together nearly 150 speakers and 174 exhibitors. A hundred activities have shared space with renowned chefs such as Fina Puigdevall (Les Cols), Ferran Adrià (elBullifoundation) and the brothers Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca (El Celler de Can Roca), among others."
